T.S. Galloway
T.S. Galloway, born Steven Galloway in Chicago, is an accomplished bandleader, arranger, and trombonist whose career spans decades. He began his musical journey in 1968 as a member of the legendary Count Basie Band, a pivotal moment that marked the start of his extensive career in jazz. Over the years, Galloway has collaborated with some of the most iconic artists in the industry, including Sarah Vaughan, Tony Bennett, and Tom Jones. In 2018, Galloway teamed up with Chris Muller for the creation of the *Galloway | Muller Project*, which produced the album *Meant to Be Different*. The album features the soulful vocals of Deborah Carter and showcases Galloway’s distinctive musical style, blending traditional swinging tunes with fresh, innovative arrangements that span generations. Currently, T.S. Galloway continues his work with the Galloway | Muller Project, further cementing his place as a respected figure in jazz and beyond.
